Website purpose

This website provides general information about RWIFMA LLC, direct part-time role areas, contact options, and the optional RWF SMS program.

Part-time opportunity information

All role areas presented on this website are part-time. Descriptions are informational and may change. Completing a form, sending an email, or joining SMS updates does not create an employment relationship, guarantee consideration, or constitute a job offer.

Direct-company boundary

RWIFMA LLC publishes its own opportunity information only. This website is not a staffing marketplace and does not advertise third-party positions, affiliate offers, lead-generation programs, or unrelated recruiters.

SMS program

The RWF program sends recurring marketing messages about direct part-time records review, schedule coordination, checklist quality, and shared inbox opportunities and company recruiting updates from RWIFMA LLC. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, being considered for a role, purchasing anything, or receiving services.

Enrollment, opt-out, and help

Website enrollment uses a separate, unchecked SMS consent box followed by a separate confirmation. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also email rok@rwifma.com. A production messaging program must maintain consent and opt-out records through a connected service.

Static forms

The included website deployment is a static front end. Its forms display browser success dialogs and do not transmit or store data. A browser confirmation does not by itself create an employment application, customer-service ticket, or auditable SMS consent record.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or impersonate another person.

Availability and changes

Website content and the SMS program may be changed, paused, or discontinued. These terms may be updated by posting a new effective date.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. RWIFMA LLC does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain current. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
